There are an infinite number of recipes available that are wonderfully delicious and good for you at the same time!
If you are looking for a good dessert recipe (healthy and raw), here is what I make for my family:
Avocado Chocolate Mousse:
(Serves 3-4)
2 ripe avocadoes
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup raw honey
1 banana (optional)
1/8 cup almond milk (optional)
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Serve with Raspberries or other fruit (optional)
