Kate teaches Polarity Reflexology (PR) and Sound & Vibration Therapy (SVT).

Kate is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP), has Certificate of Certifications in Reiki and Reflexology, and has a B.A. in Psychology.

While pursuing her Registered Polarity Educator (RPE) designation, Kate maintains her own polarity practice with Holistic Solutions Ohio and is an instructor with the Global Academy for Energetic Education.

Kate believes good health is not simply the absence of symptoms, but that health is the flow and balance of the energetic fields.
